Terms and Conditions

Payvo — Installment Finance Manager

Agreement to Terms

By registering a business account on Payvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business and Nura Mustapha Technologies Limited (RC 9679645), the owner and operator of the Payvo platform. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the services.

Business Registration & Scope

Payvo is a multi-tenant software application. By registering, you warrant that:

  • You register on behalf of a valid business entity.
  • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to bind your company to these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Payvo operates on a subscription model:

  • Trial Plan: Every new business automatically enrolls in a 30 days free trial. Access is free during this period, and no credit card details are required.
  • Standard Plans: After the trial period expires, continued access requires subscribing to a monthly plan configured in the system. Payments are processed securely via Paystack Payment Gateway.
  • Non-payment: If your subscription expires, your account access will be locked until a valid plan is purchased.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your admin and staff user accounts. Payvo will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligent management of credentials.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Payvo for:

  • Any illegal activity or transactions.
  • Storing fraudulent client or payment records.
  • Attempting to bypass tenant boundaries or access other companies' data.

WhatsApp Integration & Messaging Rules

Businesses using Payvo can integrate their own WhatsApp numbers/instances (using external APIs) to send automated messages, receipts, and installment reminders to their clients.

  • Client Consent: You must obtain explicit consent from your clients before sending them messages via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact them on this channel.
  • WhatsApp Policy Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all automated notifications conform to WhatsApp's official Business Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Account Suspensions: Payvo operates the integration layer only. We do not control WhatsApp's spam detection or policy enforcement. Payvo is not liable for any account restrictions, rate limits, or permanent bans imposed on your WhatsApp numbers by WhatsApp or Meta.
